These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Katly mobile application and website (katly.net) ("Service") provided by Abdullah Gül ("Developer", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Katly is a mobile application and web service that allows users to digitally manage, organize, share, and search PDF catalogs. Main features:

• PDF catalog upload and management
• Word search within PDFs
• Category organization
• Digital business card creation
• View statistics
• Favorites and notes
• Catalog sharing

3. Account Creation

3.1 Membership Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• A single person should not create multiple accounts

4. User Responsibilities

While using the Service, the following are PROHIBITED:

• Uploading illegal content (copyright infringement, obscene content, etc.)
• Sharing other users' personal information without permission
• Distributing spam, viruses, or malware
• Attempting to disrupt the operation of the Service
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or robots
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Using fake identity
• Using the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Content Ownership

5.1 User Content

• All content you upload (PDFs, images, texts) belongs to you
• You grant us the necessary technical license to operate the Service
• You can delete your content at any time

5.2 Service Content

• The Katly brand, logo, and application design belong to us
• Cannot be copied or distributed without prior written permission

6. Service Use and Limits

6.1 Free Use

• Basic features are free
• Fair use policy applies

6.2 Premium Features (May Be Offered Later)

• Some features may be offered for a fee in the future
• Premium features will be activated with prior notification

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". No responsibility is accepted for:

• Service interruptions and technical malfunctions
• Data loss
• Issues caused by third-party service providers
• Disputes between users
• Accuracy of user content

8. Service Modification or Termination

• We have the right to update, modify, or terminate the Service at any time
• Significant changes will be notified in advance
• In case of Service termination, an announcement will be made at least 30 days in advance

9. Account Termination

9.1 By User

• You can delete your account at any time
• The deletion process is irreversible

9.2 By Developer

The account may be suspended or closed in: - Violation of these Terms - Suspicion of illegal activity - Behavior that harms other users - Long-unused accounts (12+ months inactive)

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". No express or implied warranties are given.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer cannot be held responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data
• Business interruption
• Actions of third parties

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey
• Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation
• For unresolved disputes, Antalya Courts have jurisdiction
